Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Times

Ireland

Orders within Ireland are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

European Union

Orders shipped within the EU are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on destination and local courier services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, customs processing, or industrial action.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order size, and shipping method selected.

We work with trusted delivery partners to provide reliable shipping services and competitive rates.

VAT & Customs

All prices displayed on this website include Irish VAT where applicable.

Orders shipped from our Ireland warehouse to destinations within the European Union will not incur additional customs duties or import charges.

For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

EU Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@hermosahq.ie within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Please note that products which have been opened, used, partially used, or contaminated may not be eligible for return where permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hermosahq.ie.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Hermosa HQ Ltd is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
