RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Hermosa, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

This policy combines your statutory consumer rights under EU law with our additional Hermosa satisfaction guarantee.

EU Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union or EEA, you have the legal right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@hermosahq.ie within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation notification.

  • Goods should be returned in their original packaging and in reasonable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return shipment.

Please note that certain products may not qualify for return where they have been opened, used, contaminated, customised, or otherwise excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Hermosa 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your legal rights, Hermosa offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 90 days of delivery and we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • a replacement product

  • store credit

  • exchange

  • partial or full refund

This guarantee is designed to provide genuine customer satisfaction and is assessed reasonably and fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Important Conditions

The Hermosa 90-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply where:

  • products have been intentionally misused

  • products have been excessively consumed

  • products have been commercially used beyond normal consumer testing

  • damage has resulted from incorrect application or failure to follow instructions

  • returns are considered abusive, fraudulent, or unreasonable

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hermosahq.ie.

Where appropriate, we will arrange:

  • a replacement

  • repair

  • refund

  • or another suitable resolution

at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 14 days of:

  • receiving the returned goods, or

  • receiving satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
